What we currently use
Cookies and browser storage are small records held by your browser. Essential storage supports shopping, account access and security. Optional first-party personalisation storage is used only after you choose “Allow personalisation”; it helps us understand product views, searches, bag additions and recommendation performance. We do not use it for advertising.

Stripe and external services
If you choose to pay, you leave our site for Stripe’s hosted checkout. Stripe may use its own necessary fraud-prevention, security and payment technologies under its privacy and cookie information. External font or infrastructure providers may receive standard connection information such as your IP address.
Personalisation choice
Personalisation data remains disabled unless you actively allow it. If allowed, the site creates a random identifier for the current browser session and records limited first-party events such as a product view, search, add-to-bag action or recommendation click. It also keeps a short recently viewed list on your device so you can return to products more easily. It does not store your name, email address, raw IP address or a health profile in the recommendation event record. Raw interaction events are retained for no longer than 180 days.
You can withdraw permission at any time through “Cookie settings” in the website footer. Withdrawing stops new optional interaction events; essential shopping functions and non-personal recommendations continue to work.
Browser controls
You can delete or block cookies through your browser. Blocking essential cookies may prevent the basket, account or checkout from working. Questions can be sent to hello@especiallyhealthstore.com.
