UK delivery
Standard delivery is £3.95 and is free when the discounted product subtotal is £40 or more. The basket shows the applicable charge before payment.
We dispatch after payment has been confirmed. Unless we agree another period with you, we will deliver without undue delay and no later than 30 days after the order is accepted. We will contact you if an item becomes unavailable or delivery is materially delayed.
Please check the delivery address carefully. Contact us promptly if it is wrong; we cannot guarantee an address can be changed after dispatch.
Change-of-mind returns
You can notify us within 14 days after delivery that you wish to cancel under your statutory right. We also accept eligible change-of-mind returns notified within 30 days after delivery.

- Return the goods within 14 days after notifying us, securely packaged and with the order details.
- Unless the item was faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed, you are responsible for the return postage and for the parcel until it reaches us.
Sealed goods that are unsuitable for return for health-protection or hygiene reasons cannot normally be returned after their seal has been broken. Perishable or rapidly expiring goods may also be excluded. You may inspect an item as you reasonably could in a shop, but deductions may be made for avoidable loss in value.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect goods
Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and a description or photograph of the problem. We will arrange an appropriate repair, replacement or refund and cover reasonable return costs where the goods are faulty, damaged, misdescribed or supplied incorrectly. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
Refund timing
For a statutory cancellation, we issue the refund within 14 days after receiving the returned goods or acceptable evidence that they were sent back. If goods were not supplied, the period runs from when you tell us you are cancelling. Refunds use the original payment method unless expressly agreed otherwise.
