1. The seller

These terms apply to consumer orders placed through this website. They do not remove any rights you have under UK consumer law.

2. Products and health information

We take reasonable care to describe products accurately. Packaging and formulations can change, so always read the label delivered with the product before use. Website information is general product information and is not medical advice. Food supplements are not a substitute for a varied diet and healthy lifestyle.

Ask a pharmacist, doctor or other qualified professional before using a product if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication, have an allergy or medical condition, or are unsure whether it is suitable.

3. Prices, payment and orders

Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges and the final total are shown before payment. Card details are handled by Stripe; we do not store complete card details.

You can review and correct your basket before continuing to payment. An order is accepted when payment is confirmed and we issue the paid-order confirmation. If we cannot accept an order, we will release any stock reservation and refund or cancel the payment as appropriate.

4. Delivery

Delivery charges are shown in your basket. Unless a different period is agreed with you, goods will be delivered without undue delay and no later than 30 days after the contract is made. Risk passes to you when the goods are delivered to you or a person you nominate.

5. Cancellation and returns

You normally have 14 days after delivery to tell us that you are cancelling, followed by 14 days to return the goods. In addition, we offer a 30-day change-of-mind return period subject to the conditions in our Delivery & returns policy.

The cancellation right may not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health-protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed, or to goods that deteriorate or expire rapidly. This does not affect rights relating to faulty, damaged, misdescribed or incorrect goods.

6. Refunds

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. For a full statutory cancellation, we refund the basic outbound delivery charge; additional premium-delivery costs are not refundable. We may reduce a change-of-mind refund if handling beyond what would be reasonable in a shop has reduced the item’s value.

7. Responsibility

Nothing in these terms excludes responsibility that cannot legally be excluded, including responsibility for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory consumer rights. We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed.

8. Law and contact

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If a concern cannot be resolved with us, you retain any right to bring proceedings in the courts applicable to where you live. Contact us using the details above.
