Trimagnesium dicitrate, extract of fresh _Passiflora incarnata_* (Passiflora) herb, _Valeriana officinalis_* (Valerian) dried root and fresh _Melissa officinalis_* (Lemon Balm) herb, zinc citrate. Also contains cellulose, calcium phosphates, croscarmellose sodium, magnesium stearate (plant origin) and gum arabic. *Organically grown. -2 more chapters
Directions
Adults: Take 1 tablet twice daily (morning and evening) with water. Children: This product is not recommended for children. A daily dose of 2 tablets contains: 187.6 mg magnesium (50% NRV*), 1.6 mg zinc (16% NRV*), 79.2 mg Passiflora extract, 9.8 mg Valerian extract and 9.8 mg Lemon Balm extract. *Nutrient Reference Value Seek professional advice before using if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, under medical supervision or suffer from food allergies. Keep out of sight and reach of children. Store below 25°C.
