Ingredients
Each tablet contains 316 mg of magnesium citrate, 69.5 mg of soy bean dry extract (36% isoflavones), 35 mg Hibiscus extract and 23 mg magnesium
oxide.
Also contains microcrystalline cellulose (bulking agent), _Beta vulgaris_ (beetroot juice) powder (colour), silicon dioxide, crosslinked cellulose gum (firming agent), magnesium salts of edible fatty acids (glazing agent) and essential oils of lemon, lemongrass and _Litsea cubeba_.

Directions
Take 1 tablet twice daily (morning and evening) with food. This product is not suitable for children. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed stated recommended daily dose. Do not take this product if you are allergic to any of the ingredients. Do not use if pregnant, breast-feeding or taking hormonal contraception. Keep out of the sight and reach of children.
