Shake well before use. Adults: 3 sprays in the mouth, up to 4 times a day. Children 12 years and over : One spray in the mouth, up to 4 times a day. This product is not recommended for children under 12 years of age. Do not exceed stated recommended daily dose. Avoid during pregnancy or if breastfeeding. Keep out of sight and reach of children.
