Nutritional information

Adults and children 15 years and over, take 2-3 tablets a day (children 11-14 take 2 tablets a day, children 5-10 take 1 a day) with meals. Do not exceed recommended daily intake. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and healthy lifestyle.

If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking any medication or have a medical condition, please consult your healthcare professional before using this product. B vitamins may turn urine bright yellow - this is normal. Contains Vitamin K. If you are taking anti-coagulants (blood thinners) do not take more than 2 tablets a day except on the advice of a doctor. This product contains iron, which, if taken in excess, may be harmful to very young children. Keep out of sight and reach. Total content of iron per bottle is 900mg. Store in a cool, dry place out of reach of children.
