Curcumin is the primary bioactive substance in turmeric, a spice that is extracted from rhizomes. Turmeric has a long history of traditional use stemming from Ayurvedic medicine and is still used widely across the world today to address a variety of ailments. Cultivated in Southern India on a small-scale farm, Viridian’s curcumin is sustainably sourced and contains a high potency dose of curcumin that has been standardised to 85% to curcuminoids.

Curcumin helps to control inflammatory responses within the body and contributes to joint health. In this formulation, turmeric has been synergistically combined with Co-enzyme Q10 and medium chain triglycerides (MCT) from coconut oil.
