Glucosamine Sulphate 2KCl (crustacean), Capsule Shell (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose), Ester C (Calcium Ascorbate Complex), Citrus Bioflavonoids, Zinc Oxide, Magnesium Stearate (anti-caking agent), Copper Sulphate, Selenomthionine. • Suitable for Vegetarians (Fish ingredients)• All products are manufactured to GMP standards. Whilst this product does not contain sugar, salt, yeast, wheat, soy, and dairy, it is however manufactured in a facility that handles nuts, shellfish, milk, soy, egg, gluten, and products thereof. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Keep out of reach of young children.

As a food supplement, adults should take one or two capsules daily with a meal, or as directed by your healthcare professional. Do not exceed the daily dose. Glucosamine is produced from Chitin, which is derived from crustaceans, and may not be suitable for those with severe shellfish allergies. Not suitable for children or during pregnancy or lactation.
