A white powder in a clear hard-shell capsule.

To be stored in a cool, dry place and protected from light, preferably in a refrigerator
Directions
1 capsule daily. Take with a glass of water, ideally first thing in the morning. Do not take within half an hour of consuming hot food or drinks.
