Lamberts Phenylalanine is the natural L-Phenylalanine and is presented in its free-form to help ensure optimal absorption. This product is made in the UK to pharmaceutical GMP standards.
L-Phenylalanine is an essential amino acid which cannot be made in the body and must be consumed in the diet. In the body, it can be converted to taurine.
Phenylalanine comes in two forms; the L form which is naturally found in proteins and the D form which is produced in a lab.

It is preferable to take amino acids with fruit juice or
water rather than milk.
