Directions
Apply around 5ml (one teaspoon) to clean skin, concentrating on any areas that are prone to stiffness and cramping, avoiding any sensitive or broken skin. Avoid contact with eyes or mucous membranes.
For daily use, best used after a bath or shower when the pores are open to aid absorption into the skin. Reapply as needed.
