Directions
Make sure your skin is free of other oils and lotions. Spray or rub magnesium “oil” on clean skin. Wait at least 30 minutes before showering or rinsing it off. Try it first on small skin surface are with 1 or 2 pumps to test for any skin irritation. If irritation occurs wash it off with warm soapy water.
