Viridian’s 100% Organic Jerusalem Artichoke tincture is made with the fresh tubers of Helianthus tuberosus.

With a long history of traditional use, Jerusalem artichoke is thought to be a generally restorative product for strengthening of the immune system, by activating the body’s antioxidant protection system and increasing resistance against the harmful effects of the environment, infections and other unfavourable factors.

All of Viridian’s tinctures are grown, produced and bottled on an organic farm in England. The plants are all grown from hand-sown seeds in spring, and then hand-picked at the end of summer as part of a slow and delicate process that preserves the integrity of each plant.
