Viridian’s 100% Organic Milk Thistle tincture is made with Silybum marianum seeds. With a long history of traditional use, milk thistle has been shown to support liver health.
All of Viridian’s tinctures are grown, produced and bottled on an organic farm in England. The plants are all grown from hand-sown seeds in spring, and then hand-picked at the end of summer as part of a slow and delicate process that preserves the integrity of each plant.

Directions
Take 15 - 30 drops, 2 -3 times daily in a little fruit juice or water. Children under 12, half adult amount. Please shake bottle before use to distribute the natural lipids in suspension.
