Extract blend (guava leaf, holy basil leaf, amla fruit, curry leaf, lemon, agathi leaf, mustard seeds, carrot root, lichen, fermented chickpea, sunflower seed oil, cassava root, spinach leaf), purified mineral rich water, chlorella, spirulina, gum acacia. Capsule: vegetable cellulose. Inactive ingredient: tapioca extract (from cassava root, used to turn oil into powder).
Take 1 capsule daily with a meal containing fat (formula contains fat-soluble nutrients). Best taken in the morning or early afternoon.
